Fantastic news for all our Cornish fudge fans – Roly’s Fudge is coming to the city of Truro!

Roly’s Fudge Truro will be opening at 5 Lemon Street on Saturday 21st May, and is our fifth new shop to open in 2016.

Roly’s Fudge Truro is now our sixth franchised outlet in Cornwall. This comes less than three years after opening our very first Cornish shop in Roly’s Fudge Falmouth less than 3 years ago. Truro is the cathedral capital of Cornwall and the most southern city on mainland Britain.

The owners of Roly’s Fudge Falmouth, Chelle and Steve, are also the new owners of Roly’s Fudge Truro. This is their second Roly’s Fudge Pantry.

After Steve was made redundant from an oil company and with Chelle looking for a change of employment, they decided to sell up their house in Essex and relocate with their family to Cornwall. It is very much a family business of theirs, with their son Reece working as the manager for the Truro shop, and their twin daughters working between their two shops outside of their university studies.
