Back and better than ever
It’s what you’ve been waiting for! You can now buy our Christmas Pudding Fudge for a limited time only, available in a 400g box.
This fudge flavour is the very best of what Roly’s Fudge is all about. We start by making our normal fudge recipe with real sugar, milk and butter. Then we add all our natural ingredients that we prepare over the course of several days – real carrots and apples, handfuls of all sorts of spices, and a mixture of the best of festive spirits such as brandy and stout. Making our Christmas Pudding Fudge takes dedication and focus to get it just right, and it’s a real art process in all of our fudge pantries. Try it to believe it!
This year, our Christmas Pudding Fudge is better than ever before. We’ve been perfecting the recipe through the year with the very best of natural ingredients. Instead of glace cherries, you’ll now find real cherries, and we now use real lemon and orange peel in the fudge. Our Christmas Pudding Fudge is only available online for two months of the year, so don’t miss out! >>
Only the Best: Our Traditional Handmade Fudge
All of our fudge is made by hand every single day. We have over 25 fudge pantries across the country making fudge in full view of our visitors. Made using our large copper pans, we cook real butter, milk and sugar, before pouring out onto our marble slab tables.
Our Christmas flavours are specially made with natural added ingredients such as real spices, fruits and warming spirits. These are all mixed in as the fudge is made and while it is resting on the marble table. Once cooled down, the fudge is shaped and cut into chunks, ready to try!
