How should I store my newly purchased Roly's fudge?
Roly's Fudge is made freshly every day in small batches to ensure maximum taste . It does not need to be kept refrigerated and if the fudge is kept at home in sealed containers it will last for up to 3 months (self control permitting!).
Ordering and Website Questions
Help - the website isn't working!
If you experience any problems with our new website, we would be grateful if you could send us a full report of the problem on the form below, including on which page there is a problem (including an URL) and what issues you are experiencing.
Why is the website asking for an issue number on my card?
If this occurs and you don't have an issue number, please enter the issue number 0 on the relevant form.
Where is my parcel?
Roly's Fudge will send out all parcels on the next working day. Although Royal Mail First Class aim to also deliver on the next working day, it has been known for them to sometimes take as long as 3-7 working days. Please be aware of this before placing an order with Roly's Fudge. You may also call us or e-mail us to discuss Next Day Delivery services. If you feel a parcel is taking an abnormally long time, please contact us at our e-mail address below and we can look into the situation.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Unfortunately not, as we cannot guarantee what date your parcel will be delivered (please see 'Where is my parcel?'). If you wish it to be dispatched on a specified date in the future, please continue with the checkout procedure as normal, and when you come to the 'For a chance to win some fudge...' box on 'Checkout: Step 2 of 2' page, please insert your preferred date of dispatch here. The date of dispatch does not guarantee the date of delivery.
Can I have boxes with different flavours than those listed?
Yes – the best way to do this is to phone us directly at 01392 201059 or 07791404743. You will be asked to pay for your order via phone.
Can you ship internationally?
Roly's Fudge can be shipped to anywhere in the world! Due to postage costs, an additional charge of £4.00 within Europe or £20.00 outside of Europe will be added when you place your order.
Do I need any retail experience to run a Roly's Fudge franchise?
No retail experience is necessary! Please contact us on the Franchise page for more information.
Wedding Favour Questions
How much notice do I need to give before ordering my wedding favours?
The more notice you give, the better, in order to complete your order in plenty of time. A notice in advance will give us time to organise a date to make the batches of fudge necessary for your order. Specialised orders such as fudge hearts need at least six weeks notice, as these require more preparation.
