Our fudge is handmade from start to finish, using our original and authentic recipes of milk, sugar and butter. We don’t use artificial flavourings or colourings in any of our recipes – real Baileys goes into our Baileys Fudge, juicy raisins and dark rum into our Rum ‘n’ Raisin Fudge, and dark chocolate and cocoa into our Chocolate Fudge.
