International Delivery

Costs of shipping to EU: Since January 2021, parcels to the EU now incur a handling fee or import tax. The recipient of the parcel receives this charge. This cost is dependent on the country and the value of the parcel. As it varies from network to network, we unfortunately can’t provide ANY estimate on the cost. We let Royal Mail know the value of the package, and it is then their duty to give this to the international courier so they can charge the recipient accordingly.

In the future, we hope to introduce a prepaid option but this has not been possible yet.

Information about international deliveries:

  • All International parcels to Europe and worldwide now come with a tracking number. This normally tracks the parcel through the network, however in some countries it may only track the signature on the parcel.

 

  • Royal Mail gives the delivery aim that parcels to Europe are normally received within 3 to 5 working days, and delivery to the rest of the world is in 5 to 8 working days. However, this is not a guarantee. Our experience has shown that parcels can take 10-15 working days.

 

  • During busy periods such as Christmas all international parcels do take longer than usual. Should you have any questions prior to making your order please do contact us at mail@rolysfudge.co.uk.

 

  • Please ensure your address is correct! We cannot offer a refund where international addresses have been provided correctly.

 

International delivery costs (as of January 2022)

All shipping costs are applied at checkout and are dependent on the weight of your parcel. However, see below for some rough ideas of shipping costs. Please note none of these are inclusive of import and custom taxes, including parcels to Europe.

  • Europe: £10 for shipments up to 2kg.
  • USA and Canada: £17 for shipments up to 1kg; £23 for shipments up to 2kg.
  • Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, India, South Africa and Japan: £19 for shipments up to 1kg; £24 for shipments up to 2kg.
  • Australia and Rest Of World: £23 for shipments up to 1kg; £37 for shipments up to 2kg.

 

Restrictions 

Please check with your own country’s custom laws to ensure that your parcel will be safely delivered to you.

Countries where there are prohibitions in sending sugar and sugar confectionery (this list will be updated periodically): Saudi Arabia, Israel, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Bahrain, Thailand, Paraguay, Gabon, Nigeria. This means we are unable to ship to any of these countries.

Countries where we cannot send due to Cyrillic limitations in our shipping system: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan,  Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan

Countries where there are restrictions in sending sugar and sugar confectionery (this list will be updated periodically): Portugal, Cyprus.  This means that although there is no prohibition in shipping to your country, you may experience delays.
