Roly’s Fudge Plymouth has been officially announced as the next shop to join the Roly’s Fudge family.

Opening on the Barbican on Good Friday, it will be the fourth new shop for Roly’s Fudge in 2016, following in the steps of Roly’s Fudge Keswick, Weymouth and Dartmouth.

It is also the fourth shop for Matt and Shelley, who opened a new shop in Dartmouth last week, and who also have fudge pantries in Polperro and Salcombe.

“It is such a pleasure to be able to bring our crumbly fudge to The Barbican, Plymouth from Easter,” says Matt, the new owner.
“This follows many requests, particularly during the Plymouth Christmas Market where we met lots of people asking for a Roly’s Fudge Pantry in Plymouth.”
The shop is based on Southside Street, in the centre of the beautiful and historic Barbican. “There is nothing quite like taking a lovely walk from Plymouth Hoe to The Barbican,” adds Matt.

Shelley and Matt held a stall at the Plymouth Christmas Market in 2015. They received many requests for a Roly’s Fudge Pantry to open in the city.

“We are delighted to cook our award winning, artisan fudge in beautiful copper pans for everyone to see.”
Matt and Shelley decided to open their own Roly’s Fudge Pantry two years ago. Matt was working as a retail store manager and Shelley was working in the Roly’s Fudge Totnes pantry. Together they opened their first shop, Roly’s Fudge Salcombe.
“After opening our own Roly’s Fudge shops in Salcombe Devon and Polperro Cornwall, we just can’t stop cooking gorgeous fudge! The Barbican, Plymouth will be our fourth shop just one week after opening our third shop in Dartmouth.”
Roly’s Fudge Plymouth will be open on 25th March 2016, which is Good Friday. You can find us on 29 Southside Street and try a taster of our traditional, crumbly fudge.
