A new Roly’s Fudge Pantry is opening in the town of Padstow, Cornwall.

Our latest handmade fudge pantry, which is set to open in early October, is the fifth to open in Cornwall. The shop is owned by Joel and Mary, who also own two Roly’s Fudge pantries in Newquay and Fowey.

Joel and Mary have recently settled in the town of Padstow to start a new Rolys Fudge Shop. They had both fallen for Padstow many years ago on separate occasions growing up;  Mary on family holidays and Joel who spent many summers camping in and around the area. Padstow is conveniently close to their other shop in Newquay, coupled with the fact that Padstow is known as the food hub of the UK. Therefore, when the opportunity arose to open a shop there, it seemed that it was meant to be.

“We both have really fond memories of Padstow and we are looking forward to being able to provide some traditional crumbly fudge to people on their holidays,” says Joel.

They will open in early October where they will be busy making lots of fudge in preparation for Christmas. The shop itself has a beautiful frontage which will work well as an ideal frame to display the freshly made fudge of the day. They are positioned one street from the harbour on the busy Market Place.

Joel and Mary will be holding the grand shop opening on Thursday 8th October 2015. The shop, located on Fore Street, will be open Monday-Sunday during the season.
