Our second shop of 2016 has just hit the streets of Weymouth! Roly’s Fudge Weymouth opened just before Valentine’s Day, on Saturday 13th February 2016.
The shop received plenty of local support, as well as the mayor coming to officially open the shop in the morning.
Of course, we didn’t waste any time in making fudge, and were busy cooking, pouring and chopping fudge from the moment the shop opened its doors!
The shop was opened by Matt Jones, who has worked for the other shops as a General Manager over the last year and a half.
“We have many fudge pantries along the south coastline of England, and Weymouth was the next stop on the Jurassic Coast,” said Matt, director of Roly’s Fudge Weymouth.
“From working in the office for the company, I’ve seen a lot of potential in the business model. I wanted to invest in the franchise by opening my own shop.”
