Roly’s Fudge Chester opened in April 2011, a family run fudge pantry nestled in the heart of the city of Chester which makes handmade fudge every day.
This pantry is set against a background of unique treasures of antiquity and a vibrant cafe culture. Chester is a city rich with history and beauty, making it the perfect place to have a store.
You will often find the lovely Gina Riley making fudge there – if not, she’ll be out riding her bike and training for her next triathlon. Whilst Gina also owns Roly’s Fudge Keswick, her connection with Roly’s Fudge exceeds just owning her own stores. Gina’s parents Peter and Lindsey originally founded Roly’s Fudge from an old family recipe, making the first batch of Roly’s Fudge on their kitchen table with a copper pot bought from an antiques shop.
