Shelley & Matt
Having several years of experience working in Roly’s Fudge Totnes, Shelley decided it was time to open a Roly’s Fudge of her own with her partner Matt. They now own 5 pantries together in the South West. >>
Sarah & Steven
Steve and Sarah joined the Roly’s family in 2015, opening their first pantry in the heart of Salisbury. They opened Roly’s Fudge Wells three years later and continue to amaze guests with the theatre of fudge-making in their two stores. >>

Greg
A Roly’s Fudge enthusiast and loyalty card holder long before he owned his own store, Greg is the proud owner of three pantries in Bakewell, York and Liverpool. They opened in 2014, 2015 and 2018 respectively.
Andy & Kate
Kate and Andy own 2 stores together. They opened their first in the medieval market town of Stratford-on-Avon in 2014, before opening Stow-on-the Wold two years later in 2016.
Guy
Guy has been a part of Roly’s Fudge for a number of years. He owns three fudge pantries in Lincoln, Bowness-on-Windermere and Hastings.
Jeremy & Helen
Jeremy and Helen started their Roly’s Fudge story in Arundel and have since gone on to run the shops in Lyndhurst, Lymington and Worthing. >>
Susanne & Paul
Susanne and Paul have been with Roly’s for many years, with shops in Torquay, Lyme Regis and the first Welsh fudge pantry in Tenby.
Gina
The daughter of the Roly’s Fudge founder, Gina opened in Chester fresh out of university and has since also opened in Keswick, Lake District.
Elizabeth & Jonathan
The Robinson family have fudge pantries in Shrewsbury and recently in Matlock Bath, Peak District.
Mary, Steve and Nina
The Hamblen family opened up in Canterbury in November 2019, in the heart of the bustling cathedral city. >>
Carrie, Dannee & Matt
The family are directors of the Roly’s Fudge franchise. Between them they own St Ives and Bath. Matt runs the fudge shop in Weymouth.
Carole and Claire
Carole and Claire together own the Sidmouth shop. Carole originally set up the fudge pantry years ago, before returning back after having children.
Kim and Ian
Kim and Ian recently moved to Minehead to run the Roly’s Fudge Pantry in the West of Somerset.
Robert and Lisa
Robert Lisa recently moved to Minehead to run Exmouth on the coast of Devon.
The Roly’s Original Shops
Richard, Lynne & Stuart
Richard owned the first Roly’s Fudge franchised outlet in Ilfracombe, which is now over two decades old.
Bernie & Garry
The couple recently took on Paignton, one of the oldest traditional Roly’s Fudge Pantries which is in a kiosk style.
Maggie
Maggie owns the oldest remaining Roly’s Fudge Pantry which is in the Barnstaple Pannier Market and is over two decades old.
