Roly’s Fudge Lincoln was opened in 2013, based on Steep Hill. Steep Hill was named ‘UK Street of the Year’ in 2012 despite its ‘breathtaking’ steepness, meaning that most visitors are ready for some fudge following their uphill climb! Roly’s Fudge Lincoln can be found where Steep Hill meets Castle Square, sandwiched between the neighbouring Cathedral and Lincoln Castle (which houses one of only 4 surviving copies of the Magna Carta).

Personally we’re a big fan of Strawberries and Champagne Fudge, a limited edition fudge at Roly’s Fudge Lincoln and first invented here.
The shop makes many of the Roly’s Fudge traditional flavours, along with a host of limited edition flavours depending on the season. Try a taster when you’ve reached the top of Steep Hill as a celebration!
