What do you do with my data and where is it stored?
On our online website (www.rolysfudge.co.uk)
Your card information at no point is stored on www.rolysfudge.co.uk; it is transmitted to UPG who handles secure payments. Once your order has been paid for, you will be redirected back to our website.
Your Roly’s Fudge account is kept on the website www.rolysfudge.co.uk indefinitely and you are welcome to close it at anytime by contacting us. You can change your data by logging in or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any enquiries (wholesale, wedding, contact and franchise) are retained on the server and a copy is forwarded to email@example.com; we retain these for up to 3 years on our email and indefinitely on our server – please email us if you would like any of these deleted.

When you email us at email@example.com, we store your email for up to 3 years.
This information may be passed on to another Roly’s Fudge shop in order to address the information within it or to place an order. Our Roly’s Fudge shops will either have a rolysfudge.co.uk email address or they will have an email address hosted under an external provider such as Gmail or Yahoo. You can request your data from that Roly’s Fudge shop by contacting them directly.
Our mailing list
Our mailing list is and always has been entirely opt-in. You can subscribe at checkout by checking the subscribe button; you can also subscribe at the bottom of each webpage.
If you would like to be unsubscribed, no problem – you can use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or you can contact us directly.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and name (if given) is stored on Mailchimp. We never, ever send your data out to any other related companies; it is only used for the occasional Roly’s Fudge marketing email.
