Autumn is finally here and Halloween is just around the corner. Forget the trick, all we have at Roly’s Fudge are delicious treats, including two new limited edition flavours inspired by Autumn. 

You will find it impossible to give away our fudge to Trick or Treaters at the door – it’s too good to give away! 

Our first limited edition flavour that you won’t be able to resist is our Chocolate Orange fudge, made with devilishly dark chocolate, dark cocoa and the zest of orange. 

You’ll get no frights with this fudge: it is made with 100% sustainably sourced cocoa and only the highest quality ingredients. It recently won silver at the Taste of the West and 1* at the Great Taste Awards, where it was described as “soft and easy to eat” and “melt-in-the-mouth”.

We think everybody should be able to enjoy our fudge, which is why this flavour is now available dairy-free. The dairy-free variety – fully accredited by the Vegan Society – was released this spring. All of our fudge is made using our large copper pans. We cook with real butter, milk and sugar and bring it up to temperature, before pouring it out onto our marble slab tables. We then mix the fudge on the table and shape it into a long baguette shape as it cools down. From here, we cut it into slabs and pieces and it’s ready to eat! All of our fudge is deliciously crumbly, making it the perfect treat to enjoy yourself or to buy as a gift.

Our second flavour being conjured up in our copper cauldrons this Autumn is our Toffee Apple Fudge.

Toffee Apples are a Halloween staple; so we’ve taken everything delicious about this sticky treat and combined it with our traditional recipe. The result? A moreish fudge with warm tones of organic apple juice with a natural sweet kick. It’s guaranteed to bewitch any Halloween visitors!
