Our 2018 limited edition Valentine’s flavour is brand new Strawberries and Prosecco Fudge, available for the first time this year. This fudge is lovingly crafted using 100% freeze dried strawberries – no artificial colours or flavourings – that plump up into a delicious fruity flavour with our traditional fudge cooking methods. What other fudge flavours do we recommend? There’s no doubt that our Vanilla Clotted Cream Fudge is always a winner. We also have a limited edition Gin & Lemon Fudge, a new flavour introduced in the past few years (this flavour is so popular, we just keep putting back the deadline to take it off the website!).
