Deep in the heart of the Lake District, you’ll find Roly’s Fudge Pantry making its handmade fudge!
Gina opened her first shop in Chester back in 2011, but she already had a long history in the fudge business. Her parents originally founded Roly’s Fudge from an old family recipe, making the first batch of Roly’s Fudge on their kitchen table with a copper pot bought from an antiques shop.
“I’m looking forward to spreading the word of Roly’s Fudge up in the proper North,” says Gina about the opening of Roly’s Fudge in Cumbria. “Keswick is also super good for cycling so when I am not at work I will be in the hills riding my bikes.”
The new shop at Keswick brings crumbly fudge to the Lake District and to those who live in and visit the national park.

Roly’s Fudge makes fudge everyday in front of the eyes of our customers. Top flavours include our traditional Vanilla Clotted Cream Fudge. No vegan customers should have to miss out on crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth fudge – so we make Roly’s Vegan Fudge too. All our Vegan Fudge is fully accredited by the Vegan Society.
