Two new fudge sauce flavours have now been added to the Roly’s Fudge Sauce range! It’s a delight to release our Strawberries & Cream and our Chocolate Fudge sauce alongside our award-winning Salted Caramel Fudge Sauce.
The Salted Caramel Fudge Sauce was released last year and has since gone on to be sold across the country in selected Roly’s Fudge Pantries. It’s been squeezed into cakes, drizzled over ice creams, stirred into hot chocolate, and slapped onto pancakes. The closest experience to our warm liquid fudge that you can get!

And this summer, we were absolutely thrilled to win a ‘Gold’ Taste of the West award!
So developing two new fudge sauce flavours has been on the cards for a while. Since January we’ve been experimenting to find the perfect balance to give our fudge sauce the perfect creamy and flavoursome taste.
Our Chocolate Fudge Sauce is crafted with cocoa mass to give it the deep and rich dark chocolate flavour that’s in our Chocolate Fudge.
The Strawberries & Cream Fudge Sauce is made with real strawberries for that natural strawberry flavour – nothing synthetic in our fudge!
All the fudge sauce flavours are completely nut-free. On our website you can choose from a single fudge sauce so you can try one of the flavours, or a double sauce pack for a delicious gift experience.
PLUS! – we now do fudge sauce on our ice creams!
