Our favourite day of the year is here again – it’s National Fudge Day! Yes, this is a real national day, which takes place every year on the 16th June, celebrating the wonder that is fudge. And Roly’s Fudge has a lot to celebrate this year!
We’ve opened seven shops so far in 2016
We have hit new Roly’s records by opening seven shops across the country this year. First up we opened two new Roly’s Fudge Pantries at the start of the year: Roly’s Fudge Keswick in the Lake District, and Roly’s Fudge Weymouth in Dorset. We then opened two fudge shops in Dartmouth and Plymouth, both in Devon, at the start of Easter. In May 2016 alone, we have opened in Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, Truro in Cornwall, and Stow-in-the-Wold in Gloucestershire. Don’t forget, of course, our shops in Arundel and Exmouth are reopening for the season, with Roly’s Fudge Arundel reopening on Friday 17th June. We also have a couple of moves: our shop in Dawlish moved to Teignmouth, and our Newquay shop moved up the road to be right in the heart of the town. Roly’s Fudge Ilfracombe celebrates 20 years
Roly’s Fudge Ilfracombe has been celebrating a fantastic landmark of Roly’s history over the past two weeks. The shop has now been open since June 1986 on the Ilfracombe harbour. Many of our long time Roly’s fans over the years will have visited this Roly’s Fudge Pantry on their holidays in north Devon, and we have heard many stories from our online customers about this fantastic shop.
